We are looking for an energetic, nurturing, and reliable coach to lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 1–5 in gymnastics, ninja skills, and introductory dance. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys movement, creativity, and play-based learning.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured, age-appropriate classes for toddlers and preschoolers Teach basic gymnastics, ninja obstacle skills, and beginner dance movement Create a fun, safe, and positive environment for all participants Engage both children and caregivers (especially in parent-tot classes) Set up and break down equipment for classes Ensure safety standards and proper supervision at all times Communicate effectively with parents and team members Why Join Us?

Job Qualifications
Minimum hiring age: 15 Experience working with young children (ages 1–5) required. Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, athletics, or early childhood education preferred. High energy, patience, and a positive attitude. Ability to lead groups and keep young children engaged. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Education and Experience
Experience coaching gymnastics, ninja, dance, or movement classes Early childhood education coursework or teaching experience Creative class planning and musicality
Physical Abilities
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment Noise levels range from moderate to loud, often due to active children, group interactions, or busy transportation settings.
